Re: back pain
I was told that it is possible that with your lungs more inflated, and irratation can occur in the tissues of the body, but in a about a week my pain subsided. I choose to believe the Doc. Hope you feel better soon!

Re: back pain
This is not uncommon. One of the reasons is that because of the positive cpap therapy, you tend to sleep longer in one position. Prior to cpap you probably rolled a lot in bed. Happened to me. It will get better. Look at it as a positive.
