A Weight Loss buddy can be a large aid to motivation.
Hi I have been doing CC for a twosome of weeks and seeking some heaviness decrease buddies to inspire me. Iam 38, 5'6, 215. I have lost about 90 Kgs so far and am wanting to lose at least 50 and more. Iam having trouble staying inspired. Anyone else having this difficulty, answer with me you soon.

accessecology1 was a spammer....signature line had multiple links for buying drugs online.
Common tactic to try to sneak the spam past censors. Makes a sort of generic comment that goes along with the thread and then people don't look at the signature line that often.

Hi there everyone,

Everything is going great! I can almost FEEL the fat melting when I work out now. BIG incentive to keep going!!. Once a month ( Next Wed) I measure again the different parts of the body that I first took measurements on in addition to weigh in. Hope I lost some inches too. It seems like I lost in my belly because I can tie my shoes a bit easier now! I started out at 270 and now at 258. I hope to lose another 3 pounds to make it 15 pounds (255). We'll see! I'm also getting used to having alot less food that I was eating. Sometimes I struggle to finish it all now. Amazing!

Hi I lost 107 pounds and my dam cpap machine has been a pain. the pressure is to strong now and it's pushing air into my stomach giving we gas. anyone else expiereence this. sucks. i want to get off this machine so bad. 15 years and im sick to death of it. cheers..Paul
