Yes, justaguest, you are right, I hope I don't have to pay out of pocket. I will talk with the supervisor tomorrow (I hope.)
Also the the previous poster, the other mask you mentioned had a headgear way too big for me and it can not be made small enough to fit me.

I'm wondering why the Aloha is so much cheaper than the Swift FX or the bella loops? I ordered the Aloha here last night.

Sorry, portymom, that was me and I couldn't log in. I'm waiting for the DME's to get them in, but my guess is that those low prices were an introductory price. I might be wrong, though. Look at the Hybrid. This is from the company that invented the Hybrid and look how much you get with that product compared with the Liberty that came later, but cost double and was not near as good not to mention the Hybrid came with 3 cushions and 3 pillow pairs, and big canvas bag and all. And the Hybrid is very comfortable the more you wear it, the better it is. The Liberty, you have to but a new size if the cushion was too small and the pillows hurt. That said, the RespCare company gives a lot of value for the money so who knows?

I am a little confused - the heading for the thread talks about the Respcare Aloha pillows (new product?), but this link is to the Aeiomed headset pillows. Completely different design. The Aloha gets rave reviews from all of 2 reviewers - I like the idea of the adjustable angle of the pillows. However, the Aeiomed is also an interesting design for "active" sleepers. I was thinking about trying the Aeiomed, until I looked up the Aloha. Now I don't know which to try. I am currently using the Swift FX, but I think I am losing the seal in the early hours of the morning - then having an increased AHI. So, any suggestions as to which might be a better design?

I have facial hair so the pillows seems to be the design that works best for me. My AHI is under 2 for the last 751 days (also for the last year!) that I have been using this machine. I would like to see if there is a more comfortable mask ... I am a perfectionist, so I am seeking perfection. Over the last few days I have been feeling really good, so I think I am finally making progress with this darned condition!

Thanks for any guidance!
That Aeiomed is an entirely different product. Check the reviews at the cpap.com website url- they go back to JULY 24, 2006

Thanks, Nate. Based on further reading of the reviews, I realize that the mask is probably not for me. The new one definitely looks interesting. I'll probably order one in a couple of weeks.

I just got my Aloha today and did a dry fit and feels pretty good. The only weak spot I see is the prongs that fit into the pillow are awful thin and I hope they don't break over time and use. Will probably give it a spin tonight.

squid, that was my concern, too. I bent it every which way to make sure (I would have just sent it back). It doesn't break and it's a lot stronger than it looks. I've had it for a few nights and I couldn't be happier. This is the only pillow where I could sleep on my stomach in peace. Love the thing and it was reasonable so I bought online. Hope you like it as much as I have. I'm sure you will. Only thing I would change is that they should have added a nice bag for travel. I travel so I need a little something to put it in. I still have a blue hybrid bag I use. Would have been nice...just say'in
