Help with SleepyHead - Statistics page
Help with SleepyHead - Statistics page
Hello!
Does anyone know why SleepyHead doesn't show any values in Min Pres. and Max Pres.? I thought my machine's min/max pressure values would automatically show here, but no such thing. I have also seen printscreens from other users where they have many rows in this table, I assume a new row will show when settings are changed on the machine? Am I mistaking here, or doesn't Resmed S9 support this functionality or is it perhaps a manual input somewhere?

Re: Help with SleepyHead - Statistics page
It works for my S9. Try unplugging your machine and then plugging it back in (the power button alone won't reboot an S9).
You could also try changing the pressure, then changing it back to see what happens. If there's any chance you might forget the original settings, be sure to write them down before you change anything.
You may have to actually use the machine for a few minutes for these changes to show up in SH.

Re: Help with SleepyHead - Statistics page
Hmmm, well actually I changed the settings last night for the first time. Initially they were 4/20, and last night I increased minimum pressure to 6. I thought, like you, that this perhaps would show up in SleepyHead today, but nothing happened...

I'd reboot next. And if you don't mind reformatting the card, do that too. The firmware has lots of bugs, and one of them may have gotten stuck in the card.

Re: Help with SleepyHead - Statistics page
I have the S9 VPAP S. I got my first machine in Jan 2012 and exchanged it for an identical machine on Jan 26. I have unplugged the machine almost every day. My pressure settings have never shown up in SleepyHead. I have changed the pressure on the latest machine twice since I got it. The statistics page did show the change of serial numbers when I changed machines.

Something wrong somewhere.
My Sleepyhead is showing pressures in the min max boxes you showed.

Re: Help with SleepyHead - Statistics page
Tried new settings last night and restarted the machine, nothing showed up in SleepyHead. Very annoying, because I would really like this functionality to track changes in settings!

Re: Help with SleepyHead - Statistics page
Interesting leak info too. I wonder if the machine is having a problem. Mine shows it and I believe I am on v0.91.

Re: Help with SleepyHead - Statistics page
Interesting point, I didn't notice the missing leak info.
I tried installing ResScan just now to see what shows up there. I have never used this software before, but from what I can understand the leak info seems fine there? See picture...
Anyone got any ideas?

Re: Help with SleepyHead - Statistics page
I thought perhaps I should try reinstalling the SleepyHead software, and go for version 0.9.1 this time. So I uninstalled the software, deleted all my sleepdata, and did a completely fresh install. I even ran the exe file as administrator just to make sure. Then i imported all my data from the SD card.
Now I have to rows in the prescription settings section, one for the first two days of therapy, and one for the remaining 37 days. And I'm 100% sure I didn't make any changes in the machine's settings at all for the first month. There's still no leak data.
I have now even tried to install SleepyHead on another PC, 32 bit this time (I use 64 bit Windows7), same thing there.
Can it be my language setting on them S9 (norwegian)? DrPepper00, you have the same problem, is your S9 language set to anything other than english? I'll try changing my language setting and see what tomorrow brings...
Otter, I'd rather not mess with reformatting the SD card because my first followup session with the doctor is due after 8 weeks. I guess he will be interested in looking at my data! Or could I perhaps backup the data, reformat, and then put the data back? How about setting the machine to factory default?

For those who's interested, I found a comment from the author of SleepyHead in another thread:Snork wrote:Can it be my language setting on them S9 (norwegian)? It seems that SleepyHead only supports English, German and french machines. Other languages record different codes some places... Hopefully setting the machine to English will solve this problem.

Re: Help with SleepyHead - Statistics page
I use English. Below is my statistics page.
It shows the two machines, but not the pressure changes. When it is working, this will be a really cool feature for analyzing pressure.
I tried setting the pressure in the preference page, but that had no effect.

Re: Help with SleepyHead - Statistics page
It is possible to reconstruct the SD card, but it's not as simple as just copying the data. I think it's really more trouble than it's worth in this case. If you want to experiment, 1-2 GB SD cards are very cheap. Just use a new card for your experiments and keep the one you have now for ferrying data to your doctor.Snork wrote:Otter, I'd rather not mess with reformatting the SD card because my first followup session with the doctor is due after 8 weeks. Is there anyone who is using English on an S9 Autoset who has this problem? Perhaps both the language setting and VPAP can throw SH off when it goes looking for the pressure settings.
