I bought my hose hanger from Pur-sleep, and I think it was about $15 or 20. It hangs on the wall above my bed using a 3M wall hanger, so the landlord won't have a hissy-fit when we move, because it is supposed to come off the wall very easily. It is a pulley system that hangs from the wall hanger, and has room for the hose to be held on two portions, and they can retract when necessary. I don't have any trouble with mine tangling me up, and I am mostly a side-sleeper, from side to side through the night. To see one, go to http://www.pur-sleep.com and search for their hose hanger in the inventory. IF you decide to buy from them, they ship quickly.
This is also a hose management system you can use in travel, just take a few new 3M tapes along for the wall-hanger at every stop along the way, since they are not reusable, but the wall hanger and pulley system is.

TRAVELING was a BIG PAIN!!!!

I like many others users & Forum members like CozyHoze Boss™ from Pur-Sleep.com

GREAT for traveling Image-- I've used it for 3-4 years with out a single problem and it fits in a small band-aid box along side the CPAP case.
Small enough to fit in your shirt pocket, it mounts to the wall using 3M Command Adhesive strips that are guaranteed not to damage surfaces and are removed with a simple tug on the tab. Or they can be used for permanent mounting.
I'm a Cheep OLD Image and this WORKS. . .

Now I know why the old beds had the high post...it was for hanging hose! My bed was made in about 1853 and I tied a string around the post and loop my hose through it. Works great!

Just use the 3M Command hooks to experiment without screwing up your wall.
Wallmart has retractable badge clips cheap.
Velcro wire straps wrap around the hose nicely.

There is a great pic here of someone that uses a fishing rod.
Whatever works!

I just ran my hise through the crotch of a pair of granny panties that hang from the headboard by way of a pair of wood clamps
