How do I sell my resmed S9 autoset?

Yes, I did have a follow up sleep study; no more apnea. I also completely understand the caution since I am not a regular here. I decided I would share that I am selling my machine to secondwindcpap. Getting a fair deal and free shipping. It seems safer selling it to a company. I am not completely trusting of everyone on forums either!

If I'm right since this is a prescription item e bay will not sell it just like complete mask. Masks you can buy all the parts separately and put it together.

This is correct. EBay used to allow the sale of complete masks and machines but they have decided not to allow the sale of them now because of the RX requirement.
Replacement mask parts sold as long as one thing is missing to make it a completed set is allowed though because RX is not needed for any replacement item.
So no machine sales allowed on EBay and if someone posts one the EBay police will usually pull the listing in a relatively short period of time.

Buyers please be very very careful buying equipment off Sellers with a low post count, take it from someone that has been stung by a SCAMMER on this forum

I was lucky enough to get a refund from PayPal, you might not be as lucky!

In the land down under it is the same with EBay & CPAP equipment, but the odd thing is EBay own another online website (Free) called GUMTREE & allows the sale of CPAP equip, Go figure

I believe Craig's List is like Ebay. Craig's List prohibits selling "medical devices" but they don't police the postings so people list them anyway.

OK, assume that you sell it to a person who has no prescription for it. Later that person dies and his/her spouse sues you for half a million bucks. What would you do if the buyer's lawyer wins in court and your lifetime income (less an allowance) is garnished? Would it be worth it for a few hundred bucks?

Hello I have a RESMED S9 autoset CPAP Machine with h5i heated humidifier: Comes with, Hoses, carrying case & mask if you want it. I would think you would want your own mask. The C PAP is in PERFECT Working Condition there are NO marks NO scratches Nothing!! The only reason I can't say its brand new is because I used it for 4 hours..
