It helps me tolerate my CPAP, and sleep better. But I still need my CPAP.

With my CPAP on, I seem to get the nearly same AHI and 90% pressure with and without Marijuana. Well, maybe my AHI is a bit less, but hard to say (around 1 with, 2 without, both pretty good scores, IMO.)

As far as I can tell, from personal experience, it is not a "cure" for OSA. Maybe for Central Apnea, but I wouldn't know.
