Best Vacation EVER!

Post by sleepyvetech » Tue Dec 20, 2011 6:17 pm

Thank you to everyone for the tips on traveling with my CPAP. Our trip to Cabo san Lucas was the best ever. For one thing! I'm in all the pictures this time cuz I wasn't sleeping everywhere on the resort!!!! I was able to walk around the resort being 57 lbs lighter, and I felt amazing all day and all night!!!! I found no problems going through airport security with my CPAP and used bottled water in my humidifier as suggested by some of you folks. What a difference from last year. I just wanted to share how happy I am and thank all of you!

Congrats! It's pretty awesome to have a good time on vacation, huh? I've taken my machine through airports all over the place. I get the feeling they've seen the machines a lot as nobody really made anything special about it. They look at it, swab it, and away we go. Only one time did I have to remind the airport security inspector to please use fresh gloves.

"Excuse me... fresh gloves please? That's medical equipment and I breath from it."

Response was, "Oh absolutely. No problem at all."

So... please continue to have fun.
