I'm a new user. nasal pillow mask. I wake up sneezing, runny nose, and swollen eyes. Any remedies?

You need to adjust the humidity. Some people need more some less. Need to adjust for your comfort level. Also ambient room humidity makes a huge difference.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried adjusting the humidity. Setting it on higher setting seems to make it worse. Currently I have it set on 1 which is the lowest setting. Is it o.k. to use no humidity?
I am very frustrated. Can't seem to keep the mask on over 3-4 hours per night. Humidity in the room is around 35%. I'm wondering if anyone has had similar issues and what they have done to resolve it. I have noticed some posts on this board asking similar questions but no answers to what they have found to resolve the problem.

It will not hurt anything to run the humidifier at 0. With enough room humidity you might want to leave the water tank empty with it set at 0.
