Keeping your bedroom neat and stress free is good sleep hygiene, so is establishing an evening routine.
UnFu&% Your Habitat is a very helpful blog on Tumblr that offers encouragement to those dealing with chronic illness to take charge of their habitat because "You're better than your mess."

Unfu&% tomorrow morning

Wash the dishes in your sink
Get your outfit for tomorrow together, including accessories
Set up coffee/tea/breakfast
Make your lunch
Put your keys somewhere obvious
Wash your face and brush your teeth
Take your medication/set out your meds for the morning
Charge your electronics
Pour a little cleaner in the toilet bowl (if you don’t have pets or children or sleepwalking adults)
Set your alarm
Go to bed at a reasonable hour

Sometimes looking good is just the bump we need to get out
of the house, meet with old friends or new people.

SLEEP TIP: Steer Clear of Scary Movies and
entertainment that winds up the emotions.
Look for calm activities and limit television
before bed.

Limiting Alcohol before sleep is just good sense.
While initially a little nightcap makes that trip to
sleepytown a little easier, later in the night it can mean
vivid dreams or breathing problems.

Sometimes our dreams can provide us the most amazing inspirations.
Like the perfect lilac and lace dress for a special performance with some friends.
Keep a notebook on the bedside table to track thoughts and ideas from dreams.
You might be glad you did!

lol I put her on my Foe list soon after she joined here. It was quickly obvious she is here for some reason besides the purpose of the forum.

Hi guys!

I know you don't remember welcoming me to the forum, mostly because it never happened.

@LSAT I guess I have been posting everyday, probably because I don't see any need to repeat what others have already posted on the other threads. I still would like to contribute to the forum and so I've been sharing things I find funny that can also apply to helpful tips on sleep, dealing with chronic illness and overall well-being. I don't always feel the need to contribute by repeating/rephrasing what has already been said on some of the other threads. I'm sure I've done it, but I really just haven't felt the need to do so.

@Boyce - You won't read this or this link viewtopic/p1061219/POLL--Why-are-you-here.html#p1042514 and that is absolutely your prerogative.

@Mynah - What a lovely name, just like the bird that repeats what they've heard. Nope, I'm just me not a clone of anybody.

It is estimated that we drink about 70% less water
than we should and suffer from various chronic conditions
as well as insomnia and mood swings due to dehydration.

That tells me that you believe and listen to everyone on the internet. FWIW... I'm not GB.
