Upon starting it beeps then turns off. He gets error code 19 which I can't seem to find a description of the message other than call supplier which yielded no help.

Accounts to put on the foe list: dataq1, clownbell, gearchange, lynninnj, mper!?, DreamDiver, Geer1, almostadoctor, sleepgeek, ajack, stom, mogy, D.H., They often post misleading, timewasting stuff.

That sounds like a hardware problem to me.

I have never seen a list of the ResMed error codes

Any chance it got water in it?
