The CD only has the Assistant, does not have the review. I am having same issues with others using Windows. Still cannot get the software to recognize the meter. 7 hours wasted so far.

I'm pretty sure it has both, every cd that I've gotten had all the sw needed.

I've gotten the cms50d+, cms50e and cms50i (the e got dunked in a glass of water by a friend, who didn't tell me until too late to salvage it

Are you using the cable that came with the unit? The devil is in the details. It's mentioned in many of the previous post.
