I would also like to be able to download this. I got my CPAP last August and I'm getting frustrated with the limited data on the LCD.

Check your Private messages.
Also you might want to try SleepyHead. It runs circles around Pro. You can find links and information in my signature in this post.

You can download SleepyHead from the link in my signature. If you have a PR System One machine like I have in my profile it is far superior to Encore.
If you want Encore you will need to register here at the forum so someone can send you more information on where to get Encore in a private message or you can search the torrent file sharing sites.

Check your PM box.
I don't know if you know about the Smart card reader but you will need this..
This one http://www.directhomemedical.com/101435 ... eader.html And you will likely need to update the driver software.

Check your private message box.
M Series users have no choice but to use Encore.

PR System One users have a choice. SleepyHead is smaller, faster and runs circles around Encore.
Same data presented visually different. Information on PR S1 machine software choices and links available in my signature.

Pugsy,

The support here is great!!

Check your PM box. To be honest..SleepyHead runs circles around either Encore program but you might like it. I have Encore available but SleepyHead is better and a whole lot faster. Encore Pro is horribly slow even on my new super fast laptop.

Pugsy,

I just downloaded Sleepyhead and it looks like it will provide some good info. This will be my first time getting data from my machine. Now I have import the data from the car and figure out what most of it means! By the way, when I printed the user's guide I couldn't get the screenshots to print. Is there a trick for that?

Thanks again for providing the software and your quick response!
