Is "Viewer" part of the Encore program?

Encore Viewer 2.0 is the patient version of Respironics software. Costs $99. Completely separate software from Pro.
Normally less problematic to install and easier to use than Encore Pro which is the DME and doctor version of the software but it was written for 32 bit systems and won't install from disc if someone uses 64 bit computer.
It doesn't offer wave form data that Pro does, otherwise report are the same.

I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

If you want to try the Eclipse mask and want a special promo code to get a little off the price...send me a private message.

Oh, ok, thanks for that info Pugsy.

By the way I'm returning to my original online support group

https://www.sleepconnect.com/join

because I just can't deal with the hassle of the PM "Confirmation Code" ... it takes me more time to get a message sent than it does to think of and write the message.

You have been great! Thank you!

Hi new here. Have the Encore Viewer, but would really like to get the Pro.
Anyone that could help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Other than wave form that Viewer can't give you Pro reports are identical.
But check your private messages and hopefully it won't give you the headaches that it gives some people.
You might also try SleepyHead. It lets you zoom in on the wave form and Pro doesn't.

Yes, developed by one of our forum members. Still alphaware so could be a bit buggy depending on your computer. I find it is remarkably stable but I am rather techy and don't freak out with a little blip every now and then.

New to the site. I have been using CPAP for the last week.

Pugsy,

Could I also get a link for the download. Thanks a million for sharing.

I'm new to cpap, been on it two nights. I'm using a Respironics Remstar Auto A-Flex. I would love to be able to have the software so I can see what's going on. Thanks!
