My wifes PR 560 is Four months old .. and it has V3.06 for what ever that is worth to you.

My PR 760 one year or more old has V3.04

This is from the service manual :
The Link Module and DB9F-DB9M cable are available in RP kit #1074113.

It can be purchased here :
https://www.medexsupply.com/respiratory ... 49693.html
If you're not part of the solution you're just scumming up the bottom of the beaker!

Get the Clinicians manual here : http://apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap-press ... tup-manual

I think you also have to get the software to be able to do anything with the cable, and the software isn't easily available to mere mortals.

They are CPAPtalk member: accurate. You need to be a member to search for other members. You can send a PM to them also.
I'm curious...
What's the difference between the PR S1 560 version 3.04 and 3.06 in terms of functionality/algorithm?
How much does it cost to upgrade?
Is it worth it?

I'm sending accurate a PM but was wondering if anyone knew off the top of their head.

3.06 improves modem communications and the 1-Day statistics no longer clear when Encore Anywhere updates the device clock backward in time.

Well...that would not be worth shipping costs IMHO much less any other expense involved.

Anyone know what the latest firmware for the 960 ASV is? Mine is version 2.00?

Hi Squid, I got my PR ASV 960 in April of this year. The firmware on it is 2.00. My understanding is that the newer ASV models are coming out soon, therefore 2.00 could well be the last major firmware version for the 960s. Maybe somebody has an even newer model 960 and can chime in?

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

This machine was made in January of this year so probably 2.0 is the latest. Is Respironics coming out with a newer machine that replaces the 960?

The current firmware release is 3.0 so says my 960 made on November 7, 2014.

Now if we just knew what was changed or added to make it 3.0,would be nice know. Could be something big or maybe something small.

Here's my response from Accurate (Ian)
accurate wrote:Hi Sleep_Quest

Let me see if I can help a little:
Any idea what the difference is between versions 3.04 and 3.06?
To the best of my knowledge, not a huge difference. There is usually some minor bells and whistles as well as bug fixes on .00 upgrades.
How much does it cost to upgrade?
Around $65.00 for the upgrade. This includes testing and making sure the unit works well.
Do you offer a general CPAP service for cleaning and replacing soft materials such as internal foam or silicone?
Sure we can take care of that. Get a hold of Chris Jesse at 800-376-5660 and he can discuss your requirements with you.
I recently bought a used machine that smells of cigarette smoke and I'd like to know what it would cost to take care of it.
Typically, that's not a big problem to eliminate those smells.

The PCA, Buzzer Assembly, and Buzzer Holder Assembly are now RoHS-Directive compliant.

Now if you could put that in layman's language it would be greatly appreciated, especially the PCA and RoHS.
