What is your CPAP pressure?

I think that it is good.... these are the types of things taht new users want to know..... It is not perfect, but so what....

CPAPs only go up to 20...you must be using a BIPAP

Yes, the statement is true.
Pressure requirements don't have any bearing on severity of the sleep apnea.
Someone could have a pre cpap AHI of 100.0 and only need 7 cm of pressure to hold the airway open and the next person might have pre cpap AHI of 12.0 and need 20 cm of pressure.

20 is the highest I can go. I've heard some machines go higher but that's the limit where I am.

I got so sick of the aerophagia (at 11 to 12 pressure) I was ready to poke both eyeballs out. So I raised the head of the bed 18 inches (with bricks) (I just measured: from floor to top of mattress at head (29 1/2 inches) and from floor to top of mattress at feet (11 1/2 inches). I am now able to sleep fine with a pressure of 8.5. HALLELUJAH!!! (No more aerophagia and sleeping at that slant is not a problem...not compared to the horrors of aerophagia.)

I wish I could change my vote.
At the time, I was on straight CPAP at 14cm, but my Autoset only gets me to a 11 or 12 cm.
(must have been titrated too high--go figure)

Not sure I really understand as I thought we had fixed CPAP pressure numbers?
Mine is 13 for example..

Not 12-13 or 13-14....

Anyhow, mine is 13
