As we age, our voices age too.
Since starting cpap, I regained some of my original vocal range.
Unfortunately, I have to shut off my hearing aid,
as its program changes some pitches, making me sing off key.

And, one suspects that this might be at least a major culprit in contributing to your voice issue.
As one who sang on stage as a college student (Sound of Music), and as one whose voice has steadily declined over decades of undiagnosed OSA, I'm keenly interested in the topic.
One additional item that the OP might find interesting. I have been taking the series of allergy immunotherapy shots for about 5 months, and I have noticed some impressive improvement in upper resp clarity and lessening of inflammation. What I did not expect was that my voice would be stronger; but it is. Thus, in my case, it appears that the inflammation and edema from allergies was making my voice hoarse, weak, and less-than-mellifluous. Clearing that up (at least partially) has made a remarkable (and unexpected) improvement in my voice.

Some frogs have beautiful voices--irresistible, even.
