To find the somnoguard, just google it, you will have your choice of a number of sites. I believe I use the No snore zone site. I have Somnoguard AP.

Thank you for the tips
Yes, I found this http://www.nosnorezone.com/index.html
There are cheaper options than Somnoguard, do not know how effective they were: Noiselezz, Classic and 2.0 all $65.50 ea with FREE shipping to anywhere in the world..
anybody has experience the $65.50 solution?

Re: What mouthguard and where?
I just got a new biteguard from my dentist because I had chewed holes in the first one over 3 years.
First one cost me $250 ... this one was $300.
It is for the lower teeth which helps to make sure it doesn't fall off.
They made this one a bit thicker than the last one and it is taking a little bit of adjusting to get used to but not much.

cpappernewbie,
I was recommended to somnoguard AP by some one who has done a lot a research. I cannot yet personally attest to it's effectiveness. I think one of the advantages to this MAD is that it is adjustable with a little screw. I meant to try it last night with my BPAP- my numbers are dismal so it should be easy to tell if it makes a difference. I got all masked up and was too lazy to start over. Hopefuly tonight.

Re: What mouthguard and where?
No, I don't pay a lot of attention to leaks. I use the Quattro mask and don't have much problem with leaks.
The biteguard is just for protecting my teeth, not related to the sleep apnea.
Some nights my data from the S9 auto shows and almost flat leak line, other nights it has some spikes in it but it doesn't seem to be a problem.
