Staining of Pillowcases????
Re: Staining of Pillowcases????
I have a pinkish/red stain showing on my husbands pillow, only since he stared using a new CPAP with the nose and mouth covered. I use a CPAP with only a nasal cover and no stains on my pillow. I have always used white sheets and this is only happening since we purchased the Panasonic Dream Machines. Whats the best way to get them out in the laundry?

Well annoyed, you certainly get my award for the strangest CPAP problem I've heard in a long time. Other than that, I've not much to add. Treasure your parents

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

Next time tell them NOT to come!Annoyed wrote:Has anyone experienced this?? My parents both use CPAPs and every time they spend the night they leave grease stains and large black or dark purple stains (maybe partial rings) on the pillowcases. These DO NOT wash out! Mom claims to have never seen these at home? I call BS!! Anyone have a similar issue? What's it from? How do I remove the stain?

Old thread resurrected today by someone making a comment...and then someone must have spam removed it...and it wasn't spam I don't think.
For some reason the thread didn't go back into the archives... I suspect a software bug here on the forum.
I don't know why someone elected to remove the post...I guess they thought to make the thread go away but it didn't work.

Yeah, that is an old thread... I'm usually the one that catches those and subsequently needles people for reanimating the zombies... however even I miss one now and then.
EDIT: This is the one I was talking about... it's still hanging around on the second or third page. DON'T ANYBODY ADD A REPLY TO IT, PLEASE.

Here's a clue for those that are good at solving puzzles ... in the above, check the subject lines, or lack of, then possibly check how the quotes are being used by scrolling to the bottom of the editing page. I think the SPAM button is another piece of the puzzle.

Looks like an earlier version of the software handled it differently.Sir NoddinOff wrote:check the subject lines, or lack of

Re: Staining of Pillowcases????
new person posted a spammy link as their first post, and it was deleted, in this specific case. it's probably not going completely away because Carolyn hasn't fully deleted it and killed the spammer acct.Sir NoddinOff wrote:That happened on another thread in the last few days and I commented on it.
