Weird S9 Problem with Stats

Post by bigk » Fri Apr 02, 2010 8:27 pm

Weird!

The onboard stats are not working on my S9 - they all show as 0. This morning it said zero for everything but Usage (I think) - it may have shown my AHI - I don't remember but it showed I had not used it last night. I had in fact used it for 9 hours.

When I download data into Resscan, it's all there. Very Weird.

Last night I deleted all data on the S9 to give me a fresh start but it's still as above.

I originally used Resscan to transfer the settings to the machine so I'm now thinking I should reset to default and setup on the S9 itself as wll as deleting all data again. What do you guys think?

Check the time on the unit.
It wipes the daily totals for stats every day at noon, so if you look after that time you'll see 0 for the current day instead of numbers for last night.

Yes - I'm aware of that. I have the correct time and date set and checked it at 9am this morning.

Sounds similar to the bug I hit between the detailed and sleep report screens on the S9 - viewtopic/p468190/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=50288&p=466611

Similar. My usage was also showing as 0.8 hours etc. It's screwed over.

I think I might just let it run for a week and see if it corrects itself.

BTW Dave - my firmware version is the same as yours from a CPAP sources in the USA.

In actual fact, as long as the data is read correctly into Resscan, I guess I really don't care. I gave up checking stats more often than once ever 6 months with the S8 so it's not like I'm going to check them on the S9 once the novelty wears off.

Long term I'll probably switch to reading the stats weekly at the weekend but at the moment nearly two months in I'm still reading on a daily basis.

I agree with GPK, power cycle the unit, it fixed a similar discrepancy for me.
