It is a comedy that comes on before the Simpsons on Fox television. I don't think this episode ever played because it got bumped by a Nascar race.
His apnea problem is fixed with a nasal strip but some parts are kinda funny and it does mention the serious nature of sleep apnea.

Maybe that is why they didn't air it. Like healing cancer by chewing peach pits. All those strips did was remove my skin.
