YESSSS! I have been noticing this exact problem. I use the Airfit P10 and while I love the minimalist design, it does press upward on my nose and YES! it is wider and my nostrils are bigger than they used to be. Now, it's also true that it's not quite as exaggerated later in the day, but if you look at pictures of me before CPAP therapy and now, you can really see how the width of my nose has changed over the last 2 years. YOU ARE NOT CRAZY. I'm considering going back to a full face mask just because of this. My nose is already a bit upturned....but at least it was smallish. Now it's looking more like a pig nose. I no likey!!!!

My nose only grows when I'm lying...yes, it's growing as I'm typing :lol:
