Welcome! We love to see more people taking good care of themselves. One warning...it can be nearly addictive once you really hang out here for a while. Chatting live is usually a place to find some quick answers, if you are so inclined.

You may want to look up at the top of this page, where a round yellow/gold globe represents a light bulb. There is a label underneath it: Our Collective Wisdom.

Click on it and read anything from definitions to humor. It is a great place to start, if you have not already discovered it!

Sounds a lot like spam to me... there have been loads of these "Hello, etc." things that go nowhere.

No mention of CPAP, OSA, or anything related. That's usually a dead giveaway...
