I will be getting a new machine very soon and would like a little help choosing it.
The main feature I want is to be able to detect events so as to be able to determine the effectiveness of the therapy.
I am using an old, failing, Obsolete F&P w heated humidifier at 19cm (straight CPAP)
Just had a sleep study and 19cm is the right pressure (O2 went down both above and below 19). AHI of 63 listed on the script.
I'm looking at the intellaPAP and the M-series Respironics, as they are the only ones I am aware of that will detect events.
Thoughts and considerations?

P&B Sandman and ResMed S8 machines also provide efficacy data.
What pressure were you titrated at?
Did your sleep study show sensitivity to central apneas or are you a plain obstructive apnea kind'a person?

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.
Re: A little help choosing a new machine
Titrated at 19 and, thankfully, no centrals, so just straight OSA.
