Nice bell curve. It's great to see a few of us here are past 100 years old. Wish I knew who they are so we can ask them some questions re. xpap, when they were diagnosed, began treatment, what tips they may have, etc.

For a couple more months anyway, I'll be able to say "40s"!

Looks like we have some big birthdays coming up

39. I've been using CPAP since last fall. This forum was a major help. There was a complete lack of education and support when I was diagnosed.

I think I would rather die in my sleep, in my bed (not a car with screaming passengers).

I'm 39 and have just started on CPAP not too long ago, but have possibly had these issues for years now.

I'm curious to know how old is the oldest CPAP user (at least on this forum). By skimming through this thread, I saw one who has admitted to 83; do we have 84? Going once, twice...
Seriously, just last night I was thinking about how it's going to be (life with CPAP) when I'm much older, like 80s (if I'm that lucky). I have some issues (probably UARS, on top of OSA) and I occasionally wake up from serious effort breathing, my heart racing, and wondering if I was feeble how my body would overcome that. All those dark thoughts coming at night...

I'm 32 and have mild OSA. Trying out this therapy right now and it's definitely cut out my snoring. I'm still feeling a little tired during the day (better than before), and sometimes even more tired after initally waking up, but more awake sometimes during the day.
