Can you please clarify the hose request and water chamber/tank request?
Do you use a heated hose (has a black coupling on the end that connects to the humidifier lid) or a regular non heated hose?
And the water chamber also depends on if the heated hose is used or not as the lids are slightly different.

The medium Swift FX is in short supply as it is the most commonly used size but maybe someone here will want your small and has an unneeded medium.

I am sorry but I doubt I have any of the items you listed but wanted to clarify the hose/chamber need just in case I did or someone else does.

Pugsy,
Since the hose connector (at the tank) is light grayish, I'm going to say the hose is not heated.
BTW, just changed my equipment list because it looks like I had it listed as a heated tube.
I still don't know as much as I need to know -- finding that out daily. Thanks so much!

PS - Should I edit the request to be more specific?

Actually the first humidifier you had chosen is the correct choice even if you don't use a heated hose.
The one you are showing now won't even work with your 60 series machine.
Unfortunately there isn't a choice in the menu for 60 series machines/humidifier without the heated hose.
I would go back to the original correct choice and in the comments just say..."non heated hose".

Since you aren't using a heated hose then any generic hose will work. I will look in my stash of supplies later today to see if I have anything you might could use.
I have a water chamber but it's for a ResMed machine though.

For the water chamber you might look at cpap.com
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/respir ... l-kit.html
Sometimes cpap.com have times where they offer free shipping...sign up for the newsletter to get notices about those times and special codes.
If you just want to perk up a yucky looking water chamber you might try a good soaking in vinegar. I have found it does wonders for a water chamber that looks yucky from mineral build up.

As always Pugsy, you are a blessing, a wealth of information and... it seems somewhat of a telepath. LOL!
How'd you know my water tank was looking "yucky" from mineral buildup? It's in the vinegar solution now...soaking away.
OH, I fixed the equipment list & added the note you suggested.
Lastly, I just bought a few things I needed off cpap.com, too.

I am a mind reader.
No, not really but about the only thing that can go wrong with a water chamber short of breaking something is the mineral build up.
I use distilled water myself so I don't get that mineral build up unless I end up using tap water for several nights (can't get to town or the store was maybe out of distilled). The water where I live has a high mineral content so my water chamber would get yucky looking real fast when I use tap water. I don't particularly care for the smell of vinegar and it's just as annoying to me as cigarette smoke is to non smokers....so I try not to have to use the vinegar trick unless I just have to.

Hi, I'm relatively new to this site, but I have the following I would like to exchange since I can already see the benefits of having a backup "just in case."

Have 1 LG Swift FX Nasal Pillow

Need 1 MD Swift FX Nasal Pillow

Also, will someone please explain the best way to package and send nasal pillows USPO?

Thank you!

I know it's unlikely this trade would work for anyone, but on the off chance it does- I have an S9 series heated hose I'd like to trade for an Airsense 10 heated hose.

I have a large pillow for swift fx. I don't need anything right now, but hate to see it go to waste. If you need it, let me know.

taken

How do yall typically ship these off? Padded envelope? Is it light enough for a bunch of stamps?

I have sent Swift Fx nasal pillows for trade in a small 5" x 7 " bubble envelope, and the postage around 2 yrs ago was about $1.75 as I remember. If you put too few stamps on it, it will come back to you with postage due. When I first started sending the Swift Fx nasal pillows in 2011, I think it cost me $0.75 in postage.

Thank you for addressing the postage issue, Codinqueen. I was wondering about that also. I guess we could also put a little more bubble wrap around the pillow so it doesn't get squashed!
