I stopped at Walgreens and bought a 2" tape normally used to wrap ankles, elboes, etc. It's a tape that sticks to itself, but not to your skin. it's slightly on the thicker side of tape. I cut enough to give me an overwrap on my lips and have used it for several days. It seems to work very well. The wrap is breathable and I've even coughed through it several times.

Only irritation was at the bottom of my nose where it came in contact with the edge of the tape. I'll try an adjustment when I put it on tonight so that I leave a little more space.

My CPAP setting is in the high teens so I have a lot of air pressure. After four weeks of trying to use a full face mask, I gave up. Just too much noise from air leaks. After going back to a nose mask I've had trouble with mouth leaks and this solution seems to be working.

Would be interested in other's feedback.
