Resumed Airsense10 MyAir data delayed for days

Post by Baklash » Mon Aug 07, 2023 10:58 am

The MyAir daily data has not been available for days. Received a message that it was recorded, but will be delayed. Why is this occurring?

This forum supports Oscar (see Stickie top of pg) and you'd have to call Resmed to ask about Myair which is much less comprehensive.

Why?
Because it is not as important to them as it is to you.

Ever since a software update on July 31, 2023 I have not received any data from MyAir. This happened a few months ago but the data came back after a while. You can look at your “Sleep View” in the morning and get a much more detailed report that breaks down your AHI to obstructive, central and Hypopneas. You should change your clinical settings to advanced to see this. Hopefully MyAir will start working again as many need the data to be sent for compliance to Medicare or such. I’m not sure if the compliance data and MyAir are data are connected but the data needs to be sent out, otherwise you would need an SD card to provide usage results to your doctor.

Somebody botched an upgrade in the Resmed cloud a few months ago. They've had intermittent outages since. This is the longest one, though. It's annoying. I have to crawl under the bed to see my numbers.

I doubt the docs and sleep centers are getting the data either.

I wish they'd go ahead and fire some people and let my guys fix it.

It's less convenient since you have to move your SD card from your CPAP to your computer, but if you want a medically professional report, use ResScan.

Nah, I use OSCAR when MyAir says there was an issue.

My MyAir has not updated since July 29, 2023. This is the 2nd but the incredibly longest outage I’ve experienced with ResMed. Yesterday afternoon I went into the app to see a new message. I’m just a year into cpap and at this time have no interest in seeing beyond a bird’s eye view of how I’m doing. I question if beyond selling their equipment, if the company give very low priority to their product beyond the sell point.

I’m unable to include an attachment but my app is displaying the following message: Rest assured, your therapy data is recorded In the weeks ahead, your data may be on a few days delay

Well Mine has not updated since 7/28/23.... last update caused an issue, My Air, has had that message for weeks. I put in an SD card just in case. I need the data to be saved for compliance with insurance. Best of Luck.

ResMed sent out email reiterating what it shows on the app, but still there’s no clear explanation of what’s going on. Based on the email, medical personnel have not been receiving updates on their side as well.

There have been various explanations for the delays...It appears to be only Air 11 machines.
This problem should not affect your data being transmitted.
