Hyperacusis /tinnitus sufferers also on Cpap?

Post by Ruinednose » Sat Feb 13, 2021 10:52 pm

I got hyperacusis... Loudness kind. I wake up and the cpap pushes air into my ears... I have a feeling cpap use increases tinnitus and can even begin hyperacusis.
But we need the brain oxygenated

A little clarity would help - what does your 2nd sentence mean - confusing!

Cpap does not increase tinnitus - there would be other reasons.

Feelings to the wind, the parts of the body are connected, and effect each other. As I get older I learn to live with life's speed bumps, and live with the hand {'ve been dealt. I've had tinnitus for 55 years, still do but no worse after or during CPAP use. Jim
