Simplus/generic headgear for XL noggins?

My wife says I have a coconut head just like Charlie Brown. She's such a joker, my wife . I am using the F&P Simplus headgear size M/L, because as far as I can tell there is no L/XL size. As such it does not fit as well as I would like it to. Has anyone run across this problem? Although it's just a farfetched thought as headgear seems pretty specific to the mask it's used with, I am wondering if there is such a thing as a generic headgear that might work. Also thinking of taking two headgears to my local tailor and see if he can Frankenstein a bigger one for me. But I thought I would ask here first. Thx!

As far as I know there is only one size of headgear and s,m,l cushions.
