How are these Side Covers for the Resmed Airxxx/10 products? If / When not using the Humidifier?

How are these Side Covers for the Resmed Airxxx/10 products? If / When not using the Humidifier?

I saw this side cover for all Resmed Aircurve / sense etc ..... From the reviews looks great, the one review says its even quieter if that is possible.
