Only For the Oldies on the site OT

Post by Pad A Cheek » Fri Oct 26, 2018 1:15 pm

Our new website is live and it is entirely different from the old one I have had for 12 years. I have worked hard to figure out how to make it as easy as possible for people to find what they are looking for. What do you think?

Karen

Maybe it's because I'm on my phone, but I'm not seeing the tabs allided to in the "how to" guide... All I see is the opening screen, and the hamburger menu.

I get the security alert for certificate now.
I used my old link https://www.padacheek.com/
I can add the exception easily enough so it doesn't happen again. It does appear to be the old format though.

Is there a new link?

I just put in padacheek.com and it came up just fine, looks good. You Need to add the new ResMed AirFit F30.

It's got the wrong ssl certificate on the https page.

Karen, let me know if you'd like help on that issue.

If you go to http:// it's fine, because it's not "encrypted"... but if you hit the https:// version, then it failed and you want the https version before doing things like putting in your credit card number... :)

It's been fixed now though.

Thank you all. Yes they told me the complete switch from the old to the new would take 7 days but it went live immediately. I will get the new F30 on just as soon as I design a mask liner for it. I am still making the DreamWear FF mask liners myself. Teaching the sewers as soon as I have some cut pieces from the cutting company. Must get the file digitized first.

Again thank you all for the encouragement over the years. It is wonderful to be supported trying to help. God Bless

Karen

Teaching the sewers
There's a movement about to call them "sewists".

I prefer "needleworkers".

Anyway ... I GOT'S LEAKS WIT MY SWIFT LT DANG IT!

So I'm gonna have to go way way way back to the old days to fix this.

Have a great holiday season everybody!

I like it.
When somebody says "old" I now say "what". It took me a while to accept it, but now, when I make mistakes.... I can use "I'm just an ole man"... excuse!

I prefer to say I had a gray moment. That sounds better than having a brain fart.
