Over four months ago I switched to the DreamWear FFM and soon found myself back in the master bedroom, which was great.
However, after a couple of months I felt like I wasn't sleeping as soundly and started feeling more run down.
The night before last I tried SomniFix strips to keep my mouth closed. I slept soundly the entire night.
I used another strip last night and slept just as deeply, perhaps even better.
I used to wonder why anyone would tape with a full face mask. Now I know.
However, I would never have tried traditional taping. I like that these strips have a vent for mouth breathing, they have a strong adhesive,
yet they pull off very easily and would not force the mouth to stay closed if you had to throw up or something.
In short, the designers addressed all of my fears of mouth taping.
Sorry if this sounds like an ad; I understand if this post gets pulled. I'm pretty excited though.
