Sleep Doctor Recommendations? (Memphis)

Just wanted to know if anyone on the forum has seen a sleep doctor in the Memphis, TN area that you would recommend.

Unfortunately, the local doctor I've been seeing for the past couple years is foreign, and his limited mastery (?) of the English language is getting in the way of treatment. I've attempted to converse with him about various things: sleep graphs, UARS, expiratory snoring, how TMJ relates to sleep apnea, and headaches that are sleep related. Ultimately the conversation never goes anywhere useful and I leave wondering whether he understood anything I said.

Anyway, I've tried switching doctors at the local hospital where he works, but was told that once you've chosen a sleep doctor in that department, you cannot switch to another. (bs hospital policy?). So.. instead of searching google and randomly choosing another doctor based on bogus star reviews, I thought maybe the forum might have some input? Even recommendations on how to go about finding another sleep specialist would be helpful. I need someone more technically minded and willing to get into the weeds a bit.
