from one night to the next I had a big spike in AHI = it could be from tossing and turning around a lot - I also tightened up the mask a bit on night 2

I don't feel different when I wake up in the AM from a 2.5 AHI or an 11 AHi

Any help is appreciated

Thanks

The difference in numbers seems to be due to the clusters. Without the clusters, the sleep looks similar.
Why are you limiting the maximum pressure? You are having too many obstructive related events because your treatment pressure is too low. Unless there is a very good reason to accept unnecessary events, increase the max limit so that it is out of the way of your need. Increasing the min will keep the pressure closer to where your need is helping to prevent events and often reducing the maximum pressure reached.
