Looking for a trilogy 100

My husband has used the trilogy for over 6 years for severe sleep apnea since Obamacare Medicare has not covered this machine for sleep apnea and so we are looking for one to purchase. They are in the process of trying to take his away even though the doctors have said it is necessary for life.
