How do I interpret the Sleepyhead data charts?

Post by Sugarqueen79 » Sun Apr 08, 2018 11:04 am

I have no idea what I'm looking at. Is this good or bad? I use the Resmed Airfit F20 full face mask with a Phillips Respironics Remstar Auto machine.

Your results look quite good, but perhaps could be improved a little. Your pressure settings look like a typical normal setup without optimization. Take some time to optimize the screen layout of the Daily Detail page. See example below. Also see the links in my signature for help on how to do it.

Yes get some charts up for better advice.
You cut off the bit at the bottom, that says what machine you have. It will need a bit more probably, but I'd try min 7 for a resmed and min 8 for a philips. ....max pressure 15

Here's how most of us prefer to see the detailed reports and also an explanation of how to share them if you want us to see what you are seeing.

If we need something other than the basics we normally just ask. If you try to cram too many graphs in the image it makes for more difficult evaluation.

Overall though...I think your data looks pretty darn good but I would be especially interested in the Flow Limitation graph I think.

Why are you posting "examples" that don't even match up to the reference article that you suggested?
