Still trying to understand Sleepyhead data

Post by DaisySmith » Wed Mar 21, 2018 10:05 pm

Questions:

Where it has the bar for event flags I cant figure out what is an "acceptable" amount. is there a normal range?

What is the number after the event flag ex: obstructive(22)

For the flow rate I still cant figure out what a good number would be. Frankly it looks like there is a lot going on

If a person who did not have sleep apnea were to hook up and use auto cpap with a range of 4-10 would they theoretically have no AHI or no flags?? Would the pressure stay at 4?

I have read so much about all this data but still cant figure out what is supposed to be happening. If my average pressure is 8-9 is that a clear indicator that I need cpap therapy?? Like if I didnt need it I'd stay at 4 wouldnt I?
