Is this the "regular" cord for use with the humidifier, or is this the "travel cord" that comes with the "travel case" and can't be used with the humidifier?

No case - I haven't used it, so I'm not sure about the humidifier, but don't see why it wouldn't power it if you have the battery capacity.

They do make a special one that is smaller and doesn't support the humidifier. It is sold with a special smaller bag that does not have room for the humidifier. I don't know if it's sold stand-alone.

Ya, that's just a smaller AC power brick....

The one I'm offering is for 12 volt DC - I use one like it in a 12 volt outlet to run off the batteries in my RV when I don't have electrical hook ups on site.

Is this the Phillips Respironics one or one of the knockoffs I see online that say they "work with" Dreamstation. If the real thing I'm interested.

Hi edatlanta,
As far as I know its genuine....The Amazon page I ordered it from calls it a "12V DC Power Cord For Philips Respironics DreamStation by Philips Respironics".
However:
The cord doesn't have any markings other than the green ring to differentiate it from the older, Remstar compatible cord. I didn't save the baggy it came it.
The spare fuses are still in the Respironics packaging & I also only saved the one page of the 90 page instruction manual that was written in a language I read :)
Please send me a pm if you're interested in it.
