It can ALL be considered inexpensive, when compared to flowers,
a service, a plot, a vault, and a box--all rather costly,
but well worth putting off as long as possible.
I dunno, an inexpensive cremation is less than what DMEs want to charge for even cheap cpaps.

My mother requested cremation, and then to be buried next to our dad.
Then my brothers and I pitched in to get a really nice stone for them both.
When my youngest brother passed, his dates were recorded
on the back, and his ashes were scattered in the wilderness he loved.

Apparently CPAP.com decides they needed to snail mail me to tell me about this great (not!) item!

They are directing me to https://CPAP.com/Lumin A bargain at $219

I am disappointed. If the Goodmans are promoting they are knowledgeable CPAP users, why promote this garbage? :x

Although they have information to be removed from that mailing list, it would appear it removes from all CPAP.com marketing. I would like to know about new useful products though.

Did any body else get this? It arrived in today's mail here in Virginia.

Tell us why you think this product is unacceptable. You do know ultraviolet germicidal irradiation has been used for decades in certain applications of medical sanitation, sterile work environments, drinking water and more recently wastewater?

The product claims to sanitize which is not really required without cleaning which is required. I fear people will try to use this instead of cleaning. This is just another SoClean type system.

Thank you for being on topic.

I'm less against the lumin than the socrap... the lumin primarily claims to sanitize, which, it should actually do... it's got a UVC fluorescent tube in it, which is what actually works... where the UV can get to. It doesn't (for the most part) claim to 'clean'...

Yes, it is unnecessary, but at least it's not a *scam*.

When in reality, neither cleaning or sanitizing are necessary unless someone plants there germs in your equipment, even then if you have a normal immune system you probably will be fine. Jim

SoClean uses ozone. Lumin uses UV.

The Lumin marketing materials instructions say,
Please Note: The Lumin is intended to be a supplemental part of a regular cleaning schedule.
