For COPD, Chronic bronchitis, Emphysema, Asthma and nasal junk.

advair diskus 250/50 1 puff 2 times a day

combivent respimat - 1 puff 4 times a day
or
iprat bromide & albuterol inh sol - 4x per day

mucinex(guaifenesin) - 2x a day

zyrtec(cetirizine) 10mg - 1 daily

azelastine hcl .1% nasal spray 4 sprays twice a day

singulair (montelukast) 10mg 1 time a day at bedtime.

The older you get, the more fun it gets.

At present, I use a steroid inhaler QVAR, an albuterol asthma inhaler Proair HFA, and drink regular caffeine Coca-Cola now and again which IMO, works BETTER than the asthma inhaler to open things up.
