absolutely,Lucyhere wrote:Whenever I decide to try a new mask it seems that I also need to change my pressures a little, or adjust something. I'm trying to get comfortable with the Swift FX with the Bella Loops and found that last night I was much more comfortable with lower pressures. I can't imagine having to wait for a doctor appointment in order to do this. Along with the thinking that the DME police will put you in jail, I think that new people are afraid of their machines (anyway, I was at one time), so think they are stuck using whatever pressures the doctor decided was 'right' for them.
Interesting and on topic thread, thanks!
I went back to my nasal pillows from the amara view, and I got all kinds of aerophagia. I think I woke up to burp out the air 3 times. the pressure was tremendous, yet for some reason I didn't fix it mid last night. I guess even if I wake up I'm still kind of half asleep, but with the nasal pillows I'll probably have to lower the pressure quite a bit.

Instead of Sleep apnea it should be called "Sleep deprivation, starving of oxygen, being poisoned by high CO2 levels, damaging the body and brain while it's supposed to be healing so that you constantly get worse and can never get healthy Apnea"

My problem is I cant figure out if or when i should change pressure. About 2 months ago changed my airsense from continuous to auto. Sleep seems marginaly better. I look at Sleepy head data and I cant figure out how the understand it. Been on Therapy since may been compliant since day 1. Still exausted cant seem to shake it. (VA) Dr states all numers look good must be fine.

That's why people post charts in this forum - to get advice from experienced SH users. Start a new thread and post a typical night.Tater52403 wrote:I look at Sleepy head data and I cant figure out how the understand it.
