Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?

Everything in life kills you. Some things faster then others. Today something is healthy tomorrow it's not depending on who you ask . So please tell me how to live my life in the most healthy way possible because you seem to have it all figured out.ChicagoGranny wrote:No need to apologize to me. But, I am disappointed that a Marine does not have the discipline to ditch this unhealthy habit.
You do have a right to your opinion and say what you feel but it doesn't mean your right is all I'm saying.

Some sugar before bed (assuming it's not diet) may have been an old habit to get through the apnea filled night. maybe it's just time to kick it. I don't seem to have any issues with Zevia (sweetened with stevia) before bed, but I do remember some episodes of higher apnea with carbonated beverages before my gerd fully resolved.

Instead of Sleep apnea it should be called "Sleep deprivation, starving of oxygen, being poisoned by high CO2 levels, damaging the body and brain while it's supposed to be healing so that you constantly get worse and can never get healthy Apnea"
