Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?

Care to address "3 or 4" before bed?

Maybe he enjoys burping? Let's ask him.
Why nor just ask the V.A. or start a Poll.? Jim
I could just be tired of helping new people and be sarcastic because everything has been discussed to death lol???

I wouldn't have told that.
Sorry, I sometimes have 3 to 4 carbonated drinks before bed. I work B shifts.
No need to apologize to me. The damage you are doing is to yourself.

But, I am disappointed that a Marine does not have the discipline to ditch this unhealthy habit.

Some sugar before bed (assuming it's not diet) may have been an old habit to get through the apnea filled night. maybe it's just time to kick it. I don't seem to have any issues with Zevia (sweetened with stevia) before bed, but I do remember some episodes of higher apnea with carbonated beverages before my gerd fully resolved.
Instead of Sleep apnea it should be called "Sleep deprivation, starving of oxygen, being poisoned by high CO2 levels, damaging the body and brain while it's supposed to be healing so that you constantly get worse and can never get healthy Apnea"
