Just deleted a bunch of spam messages from this just registered member. Spam was all about business in China.

I deleted one a few nights ago also. From the way it looked, I thought it was going to be a return of last May. But, it was just the one.

I was under the impression that the registration process took several days - down from what it was a few months ago, but still several days to be approved. Not sure now.

I was gone to Vegas when this guy posted but he won't be doing it again under this screen ID. I just fixed that.
If I had spotted him the first night he wouldn't have got so many posts made. I would have blocked him sooner.

The forum member process still can't filter out all the guys who request to be a member only to spam us. It gets some but not all unfortunately.
Best we can do right now is block him and force him to register again and slow him down a bit.

Just went to Vegas to spend the weekend with my daughter and family. Short trip this year and not my usual week long trip over Christmas.
Decided to stay home this year and spend Christmas Day with my mom. With her health issues not sure how many more Christmases I may have with her.
Didn't gamble at all...no time.
But I did get a chance to try some of the newly legal recreational drug to see if it helped me sleep better or not.
The jury is still out on how successful that little experiment was.

I'm open to trying something edible to help with sleep once it becomes legal in California January 1st. The trick will be finding a low carb edible.

Gummy bears.

I wanted to try one but the place I went to was out of the kind that they recommended for me and my situation. So I didn't get any. Wish now I can gone to another store because I didn't like the taste of the smoking part.

They had jerky and gummy bears and even lotion. I got a whole new education.

Never took a puff of anything in my life and don't intend to start now!

My parents (both of them!) were 3 pack a day smokers all the time I was growing up (well, my dad quit--cold turkey when I was about 10). I was with my parents a lot, and my mom thought it was "so funny" how wherever I was in a room or car, the smoke from her cigarette would come right to my face. And guess what? I had undiagnosed asthma all that time, constantly sick with upper respiratory illnesses, too. Real funny, mom.

So I figure I did enough smoking (second hand) for my lifetime.

The reason I did the smoking thing was because I figured I needed to do what I would have available here in my Bible belt state and I don't think the local drug dealer on the corner has a selection of gummy bears or edibles.
Now if Missouri ever gets off their ass and will at least allow "medical" then maybe I could get gummy bears.
Arkansas just okayed the "medical" thing but so far Missouri hasn't followed. Maybe later.

I am kicking myself in the butt now for not just going to a different store and getting the gummy bears.
