I breathe quite well, thank you.

Actually, after I started reading this site and getting on CPAP, I learned more about breathing (including my own) than I ever could have imagined.

I learned I like to breath, by any means available. I have alergies 24/7/7, year around. I use OTC med's and deal with it, using the less med's I can get by with. Jim

Thank you, OP, DreamStalker. I enjoyed this video. I am trying to formulate a question about connections with using an x-pap and anemia and wacky RDW results.

I'm not trying to force an answer ~~~just trying to think of a question?

I used to be able to think so quickly but I am tortured and drowned in anesthesia.
Maybe I should raise my minimum pressure?
