Man you guys... I just went into the clinical settings and realized the EPR wasn't even on. I turned it up to 3. Maybe that's all I need. We will see if my coworkers like me more tomorrow. Haha.

There's a YouTube video about a technique to help in my Useful Links at the bottom of this post. It might not help, but it's free.
I find the problem got better for me over time, but I've been PAPping for a long time.

In all fairness, my flatulence pre-existed cpap;
(to the expressed dismay of family and colleagues)
Possibly from one or more of my prescription drugs.
Metformin, to begin with--add Lipitor, and everything else my doc says I need.
In addition to loads of gas, I never have to sit and wait.

Re: Extreme flatulence every morning since CPAP
So turning on the EPR setting on and setting it to 3 has helped quite a bit you guys. Like I almost feel normal in the morning now. It's not even close to as bad as it was. Thanks for the advice everyone. Who would've thought EPR would save lives?

Re: Extreme flatulence every morning since CPAP
Oh, you have seen nothing yet. Cpaps are flatulence finders. While guys tend to take pride in letting one rip, the cpap machine literally gives you your own private dutch oven. I don't care where the machine is, in relation to your exhalation orifice, it will seemingly run a tube directly from your exhalation "port" to the air intake. No filter will save you either.
Now, the good news is that while I have a good amount of gas most days, it's usually not too bad. However, that's only the air that was forced into me. The Mexican food, well, it provides it's own special aroma. And after that, *I* need aroma-therapy -- or therapy from aroma
