Have you tried the name you registered under? It is AMESS

Right, that's signing in as the guest that it will tell you its already used... and it is already used as an actual account. If you use the actual sign in of AMESS on the actual signin page instead of the guest signin then it will actually work as long as you know the actual password. I hope I said actual enough.

Of course it won't let you use AMESS...it's already been assigned to you.

You have to use the AMESS ID and supply the password and log in.

Are you putting a little bullet in the line where it says "keep me signed in"? This puts a cookie on your computer so you don't have to log in each time.

Back when everybody used checks, many of us have had an unsigned check clear.
In a small town, the bank personnel already knew who you normally wrote checks to.

This has been pointed out to her many times, and in many threads. One person was even kind enough to post screen shots so it would be clear.
