I've purchased many things from Amazon; either directly from them or occasionally a third party seller. If it was within 30 days, I've NEVER had a problem returning anything. Dealing with them has always been easy and pleasant.

Wondering about your tone of voice (and content) when you spoke to them.

I wonder if he tried to connect with a cable other than the proprietary cord that is shipped with the pulse-ox.
It looks exactly like a generic cord, but surprise! Proprietary--humor at a discount.

I read on the other forum. You'll have to look it up yourself fot exact details. But .... yes, you do have to use their cable. Several people have said this. And others have had problems with the software. There's a certain place to go to to get the latest version of the software and one person noted they had to use the software for the 50f to get it to work.

Was it from Amazon or another seller. If it was another seller, can you let me know the name so I won't buy from that seller.

I found my best way to contact Amazon is to use the online chat. They are fast and extremely eager to please. I have even had them refund my money for an ordered item that was late on delivery, and let me keep the item. They are very good to work with.

There is also a link to put in your phone # and they will call YOU so you don't have to wait. They call in under 1 min. What is so hard about that?

I had great results...I went into my order, clicked on return. Then printed out return labels and applied them to my package. I took the package to UPS and had my refund the next day.....Before they even got the return.

lucky you

i never was able to get a person
and i prefer email to document what was said
I do not believe that I was lucky as much as just using their service, unlike you who are just making things up to justify your ill-thought out claims. For example, how can you know they are Chinese if you have never talked to anyone?

Well, just recently, Amazon told my daughter to KEEP a cabinet she purchased and refunded her money to boot -- in the amount of $499.00. Yes, that was $499.00. His English was good as far as she was concerned.
