i notice distinct patterns in mine

AHi starts low builds to a max and then comes down again over the night.
so my overall AHI for the night is under 1/3 of the maximum value as shown on the SH AHI rate chart

Snores are all early with almost none the 2nd half of the night

I always have about a 45minute - 1 hour sleep cycle with nothing happening wrt events
always about 3.5 hours into the night
my inhale/exhale time gets more consistent
my Vt drops way down and is very consistent
my AHI is zero then
everything is just good at that time
and less variation in all the data charts

what is going on then and how can i start to repeat that the rest of the night?
Sounds like you have a few events early and then your treatment improves and successfully prevent any more events. Your starting parameters are not ideal.

perhaps

when things get really good the numbers are very near the starting low end of the ASV

i would guess the numbers go up to fight problems the ASV thinks are happening
and when nothing happens then they go down to the beginning values

the question is what is going on with my body to make things bad early on
and then get really good later during that one sleep cycle every night

and why do numbers get bad and then come down again
i dont think it is the ASV settings
it has something to do with me and cycles in my sleep that are driving things
When I get clusters, it is because I was on my back.

I had a similar pattern on my old loaner machine. X amount of time after falling asleep, great snores and events for a length of time. Then things calm down until the cats think we should wake up. My husband wakes up, I just have a few events and snooze on.

I didn't like the pressure pulses on the System One, they, in my mind were causing problems.

Nights I fell asleep on my stomach would follow a different pattern. And nights I fell asleep later than usual would follow a different pattern.

It could possibly be related to sleep architecture.

In general, there are 4 sleep stages with their own breathing patterns, that rotate through the night at about a 90min complete cycle.
Titration guide says, If people are having AHI events on the ASV, increase the min EPAP

Epap is normally set to stop apnea by keeping airway open
so not sure how increasing epap would help as i have no apnea only hypops
i tried that once and had trouble breathing with it that high

the ASV goes all out to max at 25 and cant stop hypops in my case
but at times it loafs along at minimum and nothing at all happens with any AHI events
As ajack said, the treatment to AHI is pressure. AHI is comprised of both apneas and hypo.
A picture is worth a thousand words so you should show data. Raw data.

I deliberately kept it general for other readers and didn't refer to xxy in the post. I wouldn't waste my time trying to help someone who already knows the answer, even when they ask a question.

you kept it general and it was wrong

you totally wasted your time by giving bad information that was totally incorrect

I can see the whole bible in my data - each night a different psalm.
On bad nights I can even see pictures in the flow graph.

Maybe it helps you to put your "patterns" into perspective.

Why is despite this claim

" IF I ever say anything incorrect somebody will post true facts to prove it. But when my posts are accurate they will always attack me personally. You can decide whether my post is correct or not by looking at which they did. "

Whenever someone posts true facts ( is there such a thing as an untrue fact?) xxyzx goes into full name calling, screaming obscenities, and false accusation mode?

Well I do post references to back up my claims. I do not lie, nor are my pants on fire. Is there anyway that you may start acting like an adult? I grow tired of you infantile drivel.

Please show me what I have taken out of context or misstated - I repeat I am eager to learn, but you refuse to teach. An Odd position for a former teacher.
