I am not very experienced with the masks out there, but I used a Nuance Pro for my titration study and got a Dreamwear with my machine.
The Nuance seemed to work well, and the mask was comfortable, but for me, the front mounted hose is a deal breaker. Because of the way(s) I tend to sleep, I need the hose to all be above my head or I lay on it or get it under or over my arms.
The Dreamwear stays in place quite well with my odd sleeping habits and tendency to change position a lot. The only thing I would change is the thickness of the side "straps", but I know that can't happen, so like others have said, there is no perfect mask.
